The Night Birds first 7″ EP comes to us as a split release from Grave Mistake Records and Dirtnap Records. The Night Birds boasts guys from bands such as The Ergs, Hunchback among others. The songs mesh together well and this 7″ is a nice slice of what these guys have to offer. After multiple listens on the record player and also in the car, I am thinking these guys could offer so much more. The album has a very produced feel to it, not horrible, but I think it takes away from some of the raw energy that they are pushing through their songs. I am really looking forward to another album to see what they have next.This EP comes with a digital download card so that you can take this with you wherever you go.
